Our fish collagen is made from pure fish scales with no added coagulants. Because of this, it's completely normal for it to be in liquid form at room temperature—you can consume it this way!
For a solid texture and consistency, we recommend you:
Remove each bottle of fish scale jelly from its box upon arrival.
Place each bottle in a refrigerator at 6°C or below. Chill overnight. (Make sure your fridge is cold enough!)
On the next day, you'll be able to enjoy a delicious, springy, and firm jelly.
